We’ve settled into our home base in Copenhagen, just outside the city center in the charming neighborhood of Christianshavn. The area feels like a postcard brought to life—idyllic canals edged with colorful 17th-century townhouses, historic ships, and well-loved houseboats, all tucked along quiet, narrow cobblestone streets. It’s also home to Freetown Christiania, where vibrant street art, eclectic architecture, and a proudly bohemian, nonconformist spirit create a world of its own, dotted with independent galleries and creative energy. For here we plan to explore Denmark.
